支度Prepare

Before your session

  • Eat a solid meal a couple of hours before your appointment.

  • Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the placement area.

  • Get a good night's sleep — long sessions are easier when you're rested.

  • Bring snacks and water for longer pieces.

手入Aftercare

Caring for fresh work

First few hours

Leave the covering on as instructed. When you remove it, wash gently with lukewarm water and a fragrance-free soap, then pat dry with a clean towel.

First two weeks

Apply a thin layer of the recommended aftercare balm two to three times a day. Keep the tattoo clean and let it breathe — never pick or scratch as it heals.

Protect it

Avoid pools, baths, saunas, and direct sun until fully healed. Once healed, sunscreen keeps the colour and black looking sharp for life.

General guidance only — not medical advice. If you notice signs of infection or anything unusual as your tattoo heals, please see a doctor.

問答Questions

Common questions

How do I book?

Send a request through the booking page with your idea, placement, size, and a few reference images. I review every request personally and reply by email — usually within a week — to talk through the design and schedule a session.

Do you only do Japanese-style tattoos?

Japanese work — irezumi — is my specialty and where most of my heart is, but it isn't all I do. I take on custom pieces in other styles too. Send me your idea and we'll figure out whether we're the right fit.

Do you require a deposit?

A deposit is taken once a session is confirmed. It secures your appointment and is applied to the final cost of the tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with at least 48 hours' notice.

How is pricing worked out?

Pricing is by the piece for larger work and by the session for ongoing projects. I'll give you a clear estimate once we've settled on the design, size, and placement.

Do you do custom designs or flash?

Both. Most work is custom and drawn for your body specifically, but flash designs are available from time to time — ask when you enquire.

What are the age and ID requirements?

You must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. No exceptions.

Still have a question?

If something isn't covered here, send it along with your booking request — I read every message myself and I'm happy to talk it through.
